  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content or recommendations.
  • Market conditions, property values, and investment risks can change rapidly, and our AI models may not reflect the most current information.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. Subscription and Payments

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FORECLOSUREBID AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY:

  • ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES IN AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR OTHER CONTENT;
  • PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER;
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN;
  • INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICES;
  • BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES;
  • INVESTMENT LOSSES OR DAMAGES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF USING OUR AI-GENERATED RANKINGS OR RECOMMENDATIONS;
  • ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ForeclosureBid AI and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Services;
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right;
  • Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party;
  • Any investment decisions made based on the Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
